Handy seatbelt cutter for cutting seat belts safely and quickly.
This safety seatbelt cutter (the blade is fully enclosed and only cuts belts) is designed in the shape of a hydraulic cutter, and can be used to free casualties from their belts during extrication. To do this, insert the seat belt into the guide and pull the seatbelt cutter diagonally across the belt. The blade is positioned at an oblique angle for optimal cutting.
There is also a velcro point on the back, which can be used to attach the seatbelt cutter to a helmet, for example.
