Darley Foam Refill System
The Darley Foam Refill System is designed to create a safe alternative to refilling your Class A foam tank without the need to climb on top of your truck. The Foam Refill System kit includes all the necessary equipment needed for a simple installation into new or existing apparatus. Once installed, simply attach the pickup hose, insert the tube into the foam pail, hold the switch to on, and fill your foam tank from a safe position until the green foam full light appears on.
Performance The system pumps at 4 to 6 GPM and is capable of 10 feet of lift. Engine The pump and motor are 12 VDC capable. The pump utilized a Nitrile impeller for optimal performance and durability. Features Pump The pump and motor are 12 VDC capable. The pump utilized a Nitrile impeller for optimal performance and durability. Operation Placard / Protection box The placard is made of 16-gauge stainless steel and mounted with stainless screws. The overlay is made of Bayfol UV-1 laminate. The overlay offers superior protection against UV exposure and it resistant to scratches and cracking. Included on the placard is a Momentary Switch and Green foam full Indicator light. Pickup Tube The pickup tube is a clear ¾” plastic tube with a female camlock fitting to connect to the panel and a stainless pickup tube making it easy to utilize all of the foam in a pail.
