The MKII Tactical Responder Plate Carrier was developed for tactical paramedics in active shooter and mass casualty incidents with a focus on integrating Tactical Emergency Casualty Care.

It allows for a full range of motion while providing superb coverage area, offering one of the largest soft armor coverage areas in the industry. Easy adjustability via PALS webbing on the front and back allows the MKII customization abilities across shifts rather than requiring custom vests for each wearer. The maximum waist measurement is 62". Its two integrated plate pockets can hold additional 10x12" or 11x14" hard armor plates. The MKII is a multi-use armor system that conforms to any team member's frame within seconds, and it can be stored in and deployed from all standard emergency vehicles.
