A Rescue System Rope That Floats
Intended for high-load applications that normally call for a lifeline, but also require a rope that floats, CMC's River Rescue Rope is compatible with Prusik hitches, ascenders, pulleys, and other rescue hardware. Its core is polyolefin covered with a tough, abrasion-resistant nylon sheath.
Rope is sold by the foot. Rope ends are included. No charge on custom cutting. Specify desired lengths in order notes. See table below for maximum lengths.
Throwlines: A Safe Choice
A throwline bag is the safest way to reach a subject in fast-moving or still water. It provides a downstream safety backup when rescuers must enter the water. Throwbags should be kept in patrol cars, ambulances, and other emergency response vehicles.
